Terms and Conditions


Your booking request will be processed for confirmation of prices and availability of services as requested by you .Only after confirmation about the prices and availability received from you. Royal holidays (I) will be bound to provide you the requested services subject you making full payment and complying with Terms & Condition.


Upon completion of the booking procedure, 100 % of the tour cost per person is paid to the company. In special cases 50% payment may be allowed, provided the balance is paid on arrival or on the day of the tour.

Method of Payment: Credit card Transactions, Electronics Transfer and Cash.


  • There is a strict “No Smoking “No Alcohol “& No Eating “policy in the Travel mode.
  • When we say that your transport (arrivals, departures and sightseeing) will be seat- on a coach basis we mean that a comfortable van/bus/ coach will be provided to you depending upon the total number of arrivals. Please note we will be clubbing passengers arriving around similar time and dropping at various hotels. In case you don’t approve of the same, we recommend you to book a vehicle at a supplement cost.
  • Customers’ needs to avail the SIC from the scheduled pick up point at the scheduled time. M/s ROYAL Holidays (I) is not responsible if the pick-up is missed due to a customer’s delay.
  • On tours, air conditioned /air cooled/non –conditioned vehicles are used for transfer purposes including local sightseeing tours. There are no seat numbers allocated and the customers shall follow instructions of the Tour Manager in this regard.
  • In case the customer is carrying any valuable personal items, it is advisable not to leave it behind at the time of disembarking / leaving the coach. M/s ROYAL HOLIDAYS (I) will not be held responsible or liable in case circumstances, the responsibility to the customer.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle during travel because of the actions of the customer (negligent) shall be payable by the customer, and the M/s ROYAL HOLIDAYS (I) will no manner whatsoever, be liable for the same.
  • The company will not be responsible for any defect in the coach or in the Air-conditioner /air-cooled or for the behaviour of the driver or the attendant (applicable for seat in coach as well as private.
  • Rights of Reservation Reserved.

Photographs or Video clips

Companies reserve the right to use photographs or given by tourists for promotion of the company’s business without obtaining prior permission of the concerned tourist.

Travel Document

Kindly carry all our travel documents during your stay/journey.

Travel insurance

We highly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurances prior to your departure date to cover a wide range of unforeseen inconvenience, including lost or damage of baggage, flight delays or cancellations, etc. Of course, we trust nothing would happen but enjoyment.

 Things to be Done and Not to be Done: (DOS & DONT’S)

  • Do not wear shoes inside Religious Places, and maintain a proper dress code.
  • Do not show affection in public. …
  • Avoid drinking tap water. …
  • Do not drink or smoke in public places and don‘t do drugs! …
  • Do not feed Animals (At your Risk)
  • Do not swim in Danger Zone Waters.
  • Do not speak to strangers, or eat anything offered, it could be laced.
  • India & Places in  Goa is abundant with gorgeous Flora and Fauna.
  • Do not harm or disturb them as you track across the gorgeous cultural landscape…
  • Kindly abide instructions given by our Escort at all times.
  • All Tours are insured by M/s. Royal Holidays in the State of Goa & India only.
  • Always wear a good comfortable walking shoes.

Our liabilities & Limitations  

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly due to natural hazards ,flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of transport ,weather, sickness, landslides, closures /blockades due to political unset or any such incidents.
